Navarathri Utsavam Commences At New Delhi Sri Vaikuntanathji Mandir

Ranganayaki Thayar New Delhi Sri Vaikuntanathji Mandir

The annual Navaratri Utsavam at Sri Vaikuntanathji Mandir, New Delhi commenced on October 5, 2013. During this utsavam, utsavamoorthies of Sri Ranganatha Perumal and Thayar (Sri Ranganayaki and Sri Andal) will give sevai to bhaktas in different alankarams. On Day 1, there was Seetha Ramar Alankaram for Perumal and Ubhaya Nachiyar while Sri Ranganayaki Thayar gave darsanam as Gaja Lakshmi Thayar.

The 10-day Utsavam will carry on till October 14, 2013. On the concluding day i.e. Vijaya Dasami, there will be purappadu on Kuthirai Vahanam. Meanwhile, Swami Desikan’s Thirunakshatram Utsavam will be celebrated for 10 days starting October 13, 2013 till October 22, 2013.
