Today, October 16, 2013; Vijaya Varusha Poorattadi, is Day 3 of Pavitrotsavam at Sri Adikesava Perumal Temple, Mylapore, Chennai. In the morning, Thirumanjanam for Sri Adhikesava Perumal followed by Satrupadi took place in a grand manner. Several devotees are taking part in Homam Pradakshanams. In the evening around 5:30pm, Thiruveedhi purappadu of Adhikesava Perumal and Azhwar is scheduled to take place before commencing the evening Pavitrotsava Homam. Astikas may make it convenient to participate in the Pavitrotsavam and get the blessings of Azhwar, Thayar and Perumal.
