The Fifth Brahmotsavam at Sri Venkatachalapathy Temple, BHEL Tiruchirappalli, here began yesterday with the traditional Dwajarohanam in the morning and a grand procession in the streets of the township in the evening. This is the first day of the Ten day Annual Festival. The Garuda Sevai is scheduled on 27th February. The Rath Yatra and Theerthavaari will be held in the morning and evening respectively on 4th March. The festival will end on March 6 with Vidaayiaatri Utsavam in which the Lord will be taken around in Flower decorated Palanquin.All astikas in and around Trichy are invited to participate in the Brahmotsavam and get the Blessings of Divyadampatis.
