On, 31 March 2014, Vijaya Varusha Panguni Revathi; is Day 1 of Sri RamaNavami Utsavam, Sri Ramar Purappadu happens in grand manner at Sri Adhikesava Perumal Temple Peyazhwar Devasthanam, Mylapore, Chennai. Purappadu of Sri Ramar along with Seetha Piratti and Lakshmanan in Chandra Prabhai took place in the thiruveedhi at mylapore. Lot of astikas took part in the purappadu and had the blessings of Sri Ramar.As the purappadu was in the Chandra Prabhai and Chandran which is always white Sri Ramar adorned Himself with white vastram that made Him even more beautiful.
