On 21 April, 2014, Jaya Chitrai Pooradam was Day-3 of Chitrai Ther Tirunal at SriRangam. In the early Morning Namperumal Purappadu took place towards, Sowcar Asthana Mandapam, Namperumal was in Sowcar Asthana mandapam for the day and devotees had the fortune of having darshan of NamPerumal at close quarters to their satisfaction. Perumal Theertham and SriSathari was obtained and archana could be done . Then at 6.30p.m. NamPerumal mounted on the Yali vahanam for purappadu.
