The Jaya varusham Varshika Brahmotsavam for Sri Srnivasa Perumal is celebrated grandly at Mylapore Sri Vedantha Desikar Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple ,Chennai. The brahmotsavam is schedule to commence on 31st May 2014 and take place until 9th June 2014. There will be Perumal Thiruveedhi Purappadu in both morning and evening on most of the days.The important events of brahmothsavam are Garuda Sevai which falls on 2nd June Yanai vahanam Esal on 5th June Thiruther on 6th June and Theerthavari on 8th June. After that vidayatri Utsavam will take place for 3 days from 10 June 2014 to 12 June 2014. All Astikas are invited to attend the utsavam and get the blessings of Divyadampatis.
