The annual Pavithrotsavam at Thiruvallur Sri Veeraraghava Perumal divya desam, in this Jaya varusham will be held between September 8th 2014 and September 14th 2014.
Details of the utsavam is as follows. Astikaas are requested to make this opportunity to participate in the Pavithrotsavam and have the blessings of Sri kanagavalli Thayar and Sri Vaidhya Veeraraghava Perumal.
Pavitrotsavam is the most important mahayagnyam in a perumal temple. Its sacred than a Mahasamprokshanam because it eradicates all the doshams in a temple through out the year and fulfills the Thiruvaradhanam of SriBhagawan in that year. Its phalans are innumerous.

- Athivaasam on 07.09.14 Sunday.
- Pavithrothsavam Starting on 08.09.2014 Monday to 14.09.2014 Sunday.
- Every day morning 11.00am and Night 7.00pm Poornaayeethi.
- And the last day 14.09.2014 Sunday Mahapoornaayeethi at 10.30pm.
