On ,28 September, 2014, Jaya Varsuham Purattasi Visakam Navarathri being Day 4 of Navarathri Uthsavam in Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam Mylapore Satrumurai in the evening followed by Perumal & Thayar rettai purappadu with Swami Desikan edhir sevai took place inside the temple. After this Padi Etram of the divya dhampathis took place in Vasantha Mandapam. A lot of astikas participated and had the blessings of the divyadhampathis and Acharyan.
