On ,30 September, 2014, Jaya Varsuham Purattasi Kettai; Day 6 of Navarathri Uthsavam in Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam Mylapore Satrumurai in the evening followed by Perumal & Thayar rettai purappadu with Swami Desikan edhir sevai took place inside the temple. After this Padi Etram of the divya dhampathis took place in Vasantha Mandapam. Also on this day Swami desikan adorned the nachiyar Thirukolam . A lot of astikas participated and had the blessings of the divyadhampathis and Acharyan.
