On, November 18, 2014; Jaya Varusha Iypasi Uthiram Ekadasi Purappadu took place in a grand manner at Mylapore SVDD Srinivasa Perumal Temple.On this occasion being Uthiram in the morning Sri Srinivasa Perumal and Thayar had Thirumanjanam and in the evening Ul Purappadu took place for Thayar and Perumal followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu took place for Sri Srinivasa Perumal after that asthanam and sevakalam satrumurai took place.Several Astikas took part in the Ekadasi Purappadu and had the blessings of Divyadampatis.
