On November 21, 2014; Jaya Varusha Karthikai Swathi Vellikizhamai Purappadu took place in a grand manner at Thiruvahindrapuram Sri Devanathan Perumal Temple. On this occasion in the evening, Ul purappadu took place for Hemabujavalli thayar . Thereafter, asthanam and satrumurai sevakalam was held in the temple grandly. Several devotees participated in the Vellikizhamai and received the blessings of the Sri Andal and Sri Hemabujavalli Thayar .
