Yesterday , 25 February 2015, was the fifth day of NamPerumal’s Tirupalliyodai Tirunal. On this occasion, In the evening around 6.30p.m. NamPerumal’s purappadu started in Irattai prabhai. Clad in orange velvet dress and wearing beautiful ornaments NamPerumal appeared to be standing in the middle of the white moon. The silver prabhai comprising of two circles had a silver prabhai on the inside and was beautifully engraved. Many Srivaishnavas took part in the Arulicheyal and Veda Parayana Goshti during purappadu. Lot of astikas took part in the Irattai Prabhai Purappadu and had the blessings of Namperumal.
