On, 25 April 2015 ; Manmadha Varusha Chithirai Punarvasu ; Chithirai Brahmotsavam commenced in a grand manner at Sri Devanathan Perumal Temple Thiruvahindrapuram. On this occasion in the morning,Dhwajarohanam took place followed Sri Devanathan Perumal along with ubhya nachiyars had Thiruveethi purappadu in Kedayam .And in the evening Sri Devanathan Perumal had Thiruveethi Purappadu in Hamsa Vahanam. Lot of astikas took part in the Chithirai Brahmotsavam day-1 and had the blessings of Divya Dampathis..’
