Thirukarthigai Deepam was grandly celebrated at Sri Lakshmi Narasimhaswami Sannadhi, Sri Ahobila Mutt, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. On November 26th 2015, in the evening Karthigai Deepam was lit in all the sannadhis of temple. Many Bakthas participated and received the blessings of Sri Lakshmi Narasimhaswami. Karthigai Festival is also called as “the Festival of Lights”. This falls in the Tamil month of Karthigai when the star Krithigai is on the ascendant which usually occurs on full moon day.
