Sadhayam is the Avathara Thirunakshatram of Swami Peyazhwar. On February 10th 2016, Thai Sadhayam is the Masa Thirunakshatram, in the evening Purappadu took place for Peyazhwar at Mylapore Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam (SVDD) Srinivasa Perumal Temple. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Later Theertham, satari was distributed to the devotees. Several Bakthas participated in the Purappadu and received the blessings of Swami Peyazhwar.
