Brahmotsavam commenced in a grand manner at Madhuranthakam Yeri Kaatha Ramar Kovil. On June 14th 2016, in the morning Sri Perumal with His Consorts had beautiful alangaram and Dwajarohanam was performed in the presence of Divyadampathis followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu on Chapparam. Later in the evening Sri Perumal had Simha Vahana Alangaram and Thiruveethi Purappadu took place. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place in the midst of ghosti parayanam. Many devotees participated in the Utsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
