Today, 3rd October 2016, Durmukhi Varusha Purattasi Swathi; The Annual Brahmotsavam at Sri Venkateswara Temple, Helensburgh, NSW, Australia commences in a grand manner. The Brahmotsavam will take place for 10 days from October 3rd to October 12th, 2016. Yesterday evening The festival commenced Angurarpanam and Mruthsangraham in the evening, with a Anugyai and Vishwaksena Pooja (before the flag hoisting). Today early morning hours the utsavam started with Flag Hoisting (Dwajaarohanam) as per agama sastras . Many astikas took part in the Brahmotavam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis.
