On July 21, 2017, Sri Hevilambi Varusha first Aadi Velli; Sri Abhishekavalli Thayar purappadu took place in grand manner at Sri Bhakthavatsala Perumal Temple, Thirukkannamangai Divya Desam. On the first Friday of the Aadi month, vishesha thirumanjanam for Sri Abhishekavalli thayar was conducted aroung 11 a.m and later in the evening at 6.30 p.m, Ul prakara purappadu took place inside the temple premises. Several astikas took part in the purappadu and had blessings of Thayar and Perumal.
108 திவ்ய தேசங்களில் ஒன்றானதும் திருமங்கையாழ்வாரால் பாடப் பெற்றதுமான ” திருக்கண்ணமங்கை” திவ்ய தேசத்தில் ஆஜானுபாகுவாக எழுந்தருளியிருக்கும் ஸ்ரீ பக்தவத்ஸலப் பெருமாள் திருக்கோயிலில் இன்று ஸ்ரீ ஹேவிளம்பி வருஷம் ஆடி மாதம் 5 ந் தேதி 21.07.2017 வெள்ளிக் கிழமை, ஆடி வெள்ளியை முன்னிட்டு காலை 11 மணிக்கு விசேஷ திருமஞ்சனமும் மாலை 6.30மணிக்கு ஸ்ரீ அபிஷேக வல்லித் தாயார் ப்ராகார புறப்பாடும் நடைபெற்றது. ஏராளமான பக்தர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு தரிசித்து இன்புற்றனர்.
