Today, August 7, 2017, Hevilambi Aadi Thiruvonam, Gajendra Moksham was celebrated at at Mambalam Sri Kothandaramar Temple. Being Aadi Pournami, the Gajendra Moksham day, the act of Perumal [Sri Rangnathar (utsavar) on Garudazhwar] granting moksham to Gajendran was symbolically performed in the morning in the Temple Pushkarini.
