Upper Ahobilam Sri Ahobila Narasimhar temple balalayam was performed according to the Pancharatra Azagam under the supervision of prakrutham HH46th Srimad Azagiyasingar, Sri Ranganatha Yatendra Maha Desikan. As part of the extensive renovation plan of the upper ahobilam temple, the balalayam was performed. Balalayam started off with Ankurarpanam, Mruthsangrahanam. All the utsavar deities were placed in a specially made wodden ” kovil azhwar ” in a nearby mandapam. Devotees planing to visit upper ahobilam can have the darshan of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami in the mandapam. Astikas are requsted to co-operate and help the authorities in the renovation process.
