Poraiyar Sri Kodanda Ramar Kovil Samprokshanam took place on a grand note on September 11, 2017 (Hevilambi Avani Bharani). During the five-day samprokshanam, Perumal was decorated with various sathupadi, with beautiful thiruvabharanams and new silk vastrams. The samprokshanam took place for Sri Seetha Saketha Sri Kodanda Ramar and Lakshmanar Kovil Prathana vimanam and Sri Ranganathar vimanam, Rajagopuram and Sri Varadaraja perumal vimanam and Anjaneyar vimanam and Garuda vimanam, Azhwar achariyargal vimanam. Several astikas took part in the event and received the blessings of Sri Seetha Sametha Sri Kodhanda ramar.
