On September 22, 2017, Sri Hevilambi Varusha Purattasi Chithirai, Day 2 Navarathri Utsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Kanchi Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple. Sri Devathirajan Perumal was majestically decorated and taken to purappadu. Several astikas took part in the Navarathri utsavam and had the blessings of Divya Dampatis.
