On December 31, 2017; Hevilambi varusha Margazhi Rohini, HH Sri Abhinava Vaageesha Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Mahadesikan Swami, the 36th Jeeyar of Sri Parakala Mutt, arrived at Nellore and offered Mangalasasanam at Sri Ranganatha Perumal Temple, Nellore. Earlier in the day, aradhana and teertha ghosti of Sri Lakshmi Hayagreeva was performed at Sri Vedanta Desikar Devastanam. Several devotees and shishyas in town received the blessings of the Acharyan, Sri Lakshmi Hayagreevar and Sri Ranganatha Perumal.
