On March 8 (Hevilambi Maasi Anusham), the 3rd day of Dhavanotsavam for Thiruvallikeni Sri Thelliyasingar at Sri Parthasarathy Perumal Temple was performed in a grand manner. Purappadu for Perumal and Ubhaya Nachiyars took place in the morning and evening. For evening purappadu, Perumal was dressed up in ‘Murali Krishna’ Thirukolam. Then by 5.40 pm, Thiruveedhi Purappadu started from Dhavana Utsava Manadapam and He gave Dharshan with his consorts to all the asthikas around the Maada Veedhi.
