On 20th March 2018, Hevilambi Varusha; the 1st Day of Panguni Brahmotsavam commenced in Sri Vanamamalai Perumal Temple at Nanguneri. In the morning, Sri Perumal and Thayar had beautiful alangaram and Dwajarohanam and Kaithala Sevai was performed. In the Evening, Perumal had Purappadu on Garuda Sevai. Likewise, Day 2 was celebrated on 21st March 2018 and in the morning, Perumal and Thayar had beautiful Alangaram. In the Evening, Perumal had Purappadu on Simha Vahanam and Thayar had Purappadu on Hamsa Vahanam. Perumal and his consorts gave scintillating darshan to the astikas. Several devotees participated in the Panguni Brahmotsavam and had the blessings of Sri Vanamamalai Perumal.
