On 31st March 2018 (Hevilambi Panguni Uthiram), Panguni Uthira Utsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Srivilliputhur Sri Aandal Temple. In the morning Sri Rangamannar and Andal with saaya kondai, kaasu malai, pendants, and jasmine and other flower garlands gave scintillating darshan to the astikas. Thereafter, Perumal and Aandal had Theerthavari purappadu. Several astikas took part in the Theerthavari and had the blessings of DivyaDampathis.
