The 31st March 2018 (Hevilambi Varusha Panguni Hastham) is the Masa Thirunakshatra day for Swami Koorathazhwan. During Masa Thirunakshatram of Swami Koorathazhwan, Thirumanjanam and Purappadu take place in grand manner at Avathara sthalam Sri Adhikesava Perumal Temple, Kooram. In the morning Thirumanjanam happened for Swami Koorathazhwan with Satrumurai. Then, He was decorated beautifully with scented flower garlands and several abharanams and He wore white vasthram. Several devotees took part in the Hastham purappadu and had the blessings of Swami KoorathAzhwar.
