As a part of ongoing Varaha Jayanthi Utsavam, Varaha Jayanthi (Day 7) was celebrated at Thirukkudanthai Sri Aadhi Varahar Temple on 15th April 2018 (Sri Vilambi Chithirai Revathi). In the morning, Sri Adhi Varahar with his consort Ambujavalli who seated on Sri Varahar’s lap, had 108 kalasa thirumanjanam followed by beautiful alankaram with jewels and garlands. In the evening, They had purappadu on Ratham. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti.
On 14th April 2018 (Sri Vilambi Chithirai Uthirattadi), the 6th day of the Varaha Jayanthi Utsavam celebrated in a grand manner. On the occasion, Perumal and Thayar had a auspicious alankaram. Perumal was adorned with light violet and red color vasthram and green color silk saree for Thayar. After their alankaram, purappadu took place and all the devotees received their blessings.
For the fifth day’s event, on April 13 (Hevilambi Panguni-pooratathi), the Divyadampathis were decorated beautifully with several abharanams and flower garlands. Then They gave scintillating darshan to the astikas. Several astikas participated on the Utsavam and had the blessings of Sri Adhi Varahar.
