On 28th May 2018(SriVilambi Vaikasi Visakam), the 5th day of the Vasantha Utsavam took place in Sri Vaidhya Veeraraghava Swamy Devasthanam, Thiruvallur. For the procession, Sri Veeraraghavan adorned white silk vasthram, beautiful ornaments and different type of flower garlands. Ubhaya Nachiyars wore red vasthram. Being Swami Namazhwar’s varusha thirunakshatram, Azhwar also had purappadu along with Perumal on Kuthirai vaahanam and Thayars in a separate Kedayam. Many devotees participated in the purappadu and received the blessings of Sri Veeraraghavan and Azhwar.
