On 21st July 2018 (Srivilambi Swathi), Aadi Maasa Swathi Nakshatra purappadu took place for Sri ThelliyaSingar at Thiruvallikeni Sri Parthasarathy Perumal Temple. Sri Thelliyasingar was decorated with a long kaasu malai, pendants and He had beautiful jasmine and thulasi garlands. With His blue stone fixed golden crown, He gave scintillating darshan to the astikas. Ubhayanachiyars wore blue silk vasthrams. Sri Thelliyasingar along with His Consorts had maadaveethi purappadu. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda Parayana Ghosti. Several Bhakthas participated in the Purappadu and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
