The 5th day of Thirupavithrotsavam was celebrated grandly on 30th August 2018 (Srivilambi Aavani Revathy) at Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple, Kanchipuram. In the evening, Perumal and Ubhayanachiyars were adorned with pavithrams and flower garlands of jasmine, rose, sevvanthi and thulasi along with several ornaments had purappadu. Several astikas participated in the 5th day of the Pavithrotsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampathis.
