Refund Policy

Those who have subscribed to our monthly premium access service can opt to discontinue their subscription anytime and they will not be charged from the following month. If any of our subscribers are not satisfied with our service or contents and wish to terminate within the first 45 days of beginning their subscription, full refund will be initiated to their respective bank account.

For all subscription cancellations, the refund will be initiated within 3 working days through online bank transfer, after the date of cancellation of subscription and the refund should be reaching the respective subscribers bank account within 10 working days.
