Ingredients

Nellikkai Goosberry 2 large cups
Pachai Milagai Green Chillies 10
Thengai Coconut 1 – grated
Kadugu Mustard 1 tsp
Perungayam Asoefoetida A pinch
Tayir Curd Half a cup
Sundakkai Turkey berry ( to taste
Koththamalli Coriander leaves for garnishing
Uppu Salt To taste

Method

Soak gooseberries overnight or boil in cooker until cooked.
Grind cooked gooseberries with coconut, chillies, salt and asoefoetida to smooth paste.
Add salt and curd to paste.
Temper with mustard and sundakkai if desirable.
Garnish with koththamalli leaves.
