Ingredients

Raw Rice (Pacharisi) 6 cups
Pepper 100 gm
Ghee 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Cashew 100 gm

Method
* Cook the rice to the right consistency – not too dry nor too well-done.
* Powder pepper to a coarse consistency fry Asafoetida powder and mix.
* Mix the pepper powder, ghee and salt in the cooked rice.
* Garnish with fried cashew and serve.

Milagorai is popular prasadam at various temples. At the Tirupati temple it is served in the evenings.

    For six cups of rice, you add 4kg of ghee..are the rice going to get bath with ghee???pls post with accurate measurement of ingredients or atleast approximate…
