Raw Rice (Pacharisi) 6 cups
Pepper 100 gm
Ghee 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Cashew 100 gm
* Cook the rice to the right consistency – not too dry nor too well-done.
* Powder pepper to a coarse consistency fry Asafoetida powder and mix.
* Mix the pepper powder, ghee and salt in the cooked rice.
* Garnish with fried cashew and serve.
