Ingredients:

Tamil Name English Name Measire
Muzhu mundiri Unbroken Cashews 2 kilos
Sarkarai Sugar 1.5 (one-and-a-half)portions
Nei Ghee For frying
Elakkai Cardamom 10 gms

Method:

– Fry the cashew nuts in ghee and powder them.
– Make sugar syrup (2 string padam) and remove from fire.
– Add the powdered cashew and cardamom and stir well.
– Pour onto a plate smeared with ghee.
– Cut into slabs and server after cooling.

Note: Chanting the name of Janardhanan while cooking, will bring immense benefits
