Ingredients:

Rice flour – 1 padi
Uluttam paruppu – 1 azhakku
Jaggery – 1 padi
Elapodi – small quantity
Coconut – one

* 1 padi = 8 Azhakku = 200 gms

Steps:

– Mix jaggery with warm water. Mix the rice flour with the ingredients.
– The oil should not be too hot.
