Aloo gobi matar


Potato-cauliflower-green pea fry

Cauliflower 1/2 a flower
Potatoes 3 big
Green peas 1/2 a cup
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Turmeric pwd big pinch
Chili pwd 2 teaspoons
Salt as required
  • Cut cauliflower into big flowerets and potato into inch sized cubes. Soak them in hot (boiling) water for 5 min
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin and let it crackle.
  • Add turmeric powder, Chili powder stir for couple of seconds.
  • Add green peas, gobi and aloo.
  • Fry till they are golden brown.
