The 10-day Sri Ramanavami Utsavam at Vaduvur Sri Kothandaramaswamy is scheduled to commence from March 31, 2012. The most important utsavam days is Thiruther (Chariot) on the 9th day.
Currently, the Thiruther Silai, Vaasa Maalai and pillars in clothes needs an immediate replacement as it has worn out. A devotee has already sponsored the Silai and Vaasa Maalai (roughly 2000 square feet) at an estimate of Rs 150,000.
