SUMMER CAMP IS HERE AGAIN. AFTER SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMME PAST YEARS . UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF SRI MUKUNDAN SWAMI  SRI VEDANTA DESIKA SAMPRADAYA SABHA, MATUNGA, MUMBAI,  is holding its  3rd  RESIDENTIAL SUMMER CAMP , for propagating Sri Vaishnava  Sampradaya from 27th May 2012 to 03rd June 2012 at the Sabha Premises.

With the blessings of Swami Desikan the Sabha which is committed to make the Residential Summer Camp at the Sabha premises an annual affair. Accordingly this year’s SUMMER CAMP is scheduled as mentioned above. It is hereby informed that all those parents who wish to send their  children above the age of 6 years  and below 16 years (Both boys and girls) are requested to register their children name with the Sabha at the earliest and not later than 10th May 2012.

The children will be registered on first come first serve basis and an upper limit of 15(20) participant only. In case of  more entries, and if the Space is a constraint,  then the preference would be given to the children who are New comers/Fresh .  For those children who have attended last two years and who wish to come for the Camp, they would be allowed to come as Day Scholar also, i.e. they can come in the morning and go back in the evening/night.

The summer camp will be conducted by Sri U Ve E S  Mukundan Swamy of Hyderabad alongwith his student disciples, who has a very large experience of conducting such camps and has voluntarily being doing this yeoman service for the spread of our Sampradaya.

The Camp’s objective is to introduce, initiate and imbibe Sri.Vaishnava Sampradaya and teach basic slokas, stotrams etc with which children could commence practicing at home in a small way. Teaching would also include, Yoga, daily rituals in sampradayic tradition.

The enrolment for the camp is free of cost. The child would be required to bring their clothes for a week, brush, soap and towel.  The Sabha will be taking care of the stay in the Sabha premises only, separate for girls and boys.    The Sabha will make arrangements for food on all the days. The food will be prepared and served homely food.

The Sabha requests the parents to avail of this opportunity and send their children in learning of the sampradaya activities. Yatha Shakti Contribution would be welcome in furthering such Camps.
