The Fourth Annual Brahmotsavam of Sri Padmavathi sametha Prasanna Venkatewara Perumal Temple, Pandeswaram will be celebrated from September 18 to 26, 2012 with Ankurarpanam on September 17, 2012.

At present, ubayam is fixed at Rs 6,000 for the morning Uthsavams and Rs 12,000 for the Evening Uthsavams. Bhaktas may also donate liberally to the temple functions and get 100% Income Tax exemption under 80G for their Donations to this Devasthanam. Bhaktas are invited to visit during the Brahmotsavam and cherish the Blessings of Lord Prasanna Venkateswara Perumal of the village and fulfill your religious wows.
About the temple:
Sri Padmavathi sametha Prasanna Venkatewara Perumal Temple at Pandeswaram was constructed during the year 2003-2005. Perumal, Thayars Vigrahams were gifted by Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams. Kumbabishegam was performed in May, 2005. Dwajasthambam and Gopuram were erected during 2010 and again Maha Kumbabishegam was performed.
There are 2 approaches to the temple from Chennai.
1) Sri Prasannna Venkatesa Perumal Devasthanam is situated at Pandeswaram, 14 km from Avadi,Via Veltech Engg College road junction, leading to Verapuram, then 3 km to Pandeswaram.
2) One can also come via Redhills-Thiruvallur Road, take left turn immediately after Athipedu Brige 3 km leading to Pandeswaram
