All festival days utsavams are performed by ubhyadhars with their sambhavanais and annually 3 days Brahmotsavam is performed with sambhavanais. In addition Every month Sravam thirumanjanam with ubhayadar sambhavanais. These are the additional sambhavanais apart from regular monthly salary, which may fetch additional Rs 5000.
Bhattar has to perform pujas for 3 hours both in the morning and evening for 3 hours approximately.
With Bhagavath Bhaagavtha sankalpam, the bhattar will be taken care very well.Therefore we need a dedicated Bhattar who can do kainkaryam with utmost Bhakthi and shraddha.
