As part of the Navarathri Utsavam (4th day) purappadu for Sri Perumdevi Thayar and Sri Varadaraja Perumal along with Ubayanachimars was conducted. Perumal was adorned with Kalainga Narthana alankaram.
On this occasion we will pray to the Divay Dampathis to eliminate the ‘kalingans’ within ourselves and bless us to involve ourselves in their kaimkaryams.
