GAJA VAHANAM : The Goddess Sri Padmavathi Devi seated on mighty golden divine elephant vehicle, enthralled the devotees with all splendour and grandeur on the fifth-day night on the occasion of the most famous “Gaja Vahanam” procession. Like Garuda Vahanam which is considered to be most important vehicle for Lord Venkateswara, similarly GajaVahanam is often considered as the prominent of vehicles of Goddess Padmavathi.

 

 

SARVABHOOPALA VAHANAM :Processionl deity of Godess Padmavathi in the form of Venugopala swamy is taken out in procession atop Sarvabhoopala Vahanam as part of 6th day morning.

 

 

Swarna  Ratham : Processional deity of Goddess Padmavathi was taken out in procession on Golden Chariot in connection with 6th day of ongoing Annual Kartheeka Brahmotsavam in Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanur on Saturday evening. Earlier Temple Priests performed Snapana Tirumanjanam (Celestial Bath) to the processional deity of Goddess Padmavathi at Sri Krishna Mukha Mandapam inside Ammavari Temple.

 

 

 

 

 

GARUDA VAHANAM : On the Sixth day night of Ongoing Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Annual Kartheeka Brahmotsavam, the Processional deity of Goddess Padmavathi is taken out in a procession on Garuda Vahanam around four mada streets

 

 

 

Suryaparabha Vahanam : Processional Diety of Goddess Padmavathi in the form of Sri Vedanarayana Swamy varu is taken out in procession atop Suryaparabha Vahanam on 7th day morning.

 

 

7th daynight of Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Brahmotsavam- procession of Chandraprabha Vahanam

 

 

RATHOTSAVAM : Thousands of devotees participated in the Rathothsavam’ as part of the annual Kartheeka Brahmotsavams at the Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple in Tiruchanur today. They enthusiastically dragged the flower-decked wooden chariot, with the presiding deity, Goddess Padmavathi, seated in it, through the four Mada streets around the Pushkarini. `Ratharohanam,’ the process of seating the deity on the chariot was performed in the auspicious hours of `Vruschika Lagnam.’ At 7.15 a.m., the officials signalled to the devotees to start pulling the huge rope connected to the chariot, and the gigantic vehicle slowly started rolling down the streets.
