Thousands of devotees who have been waiting since morning for this sacred moment took a holy dip in the temple tank along with Chakrathalvar even as the entire premises echoed with the chanting of divine Govinda Nama.

As a token of His Love to His beloved on Her Birth Day, a precious jewel which used to adorn the majestic Lord Malayappa Swamy Varu in Tirumala reached Tiruchanoor specially to be adorned to the processional deity of Goddess Padmavathi Ammavaru today during Panchami Teertham. The temple priests decorated this dazzling jewel which enhanced the beauty and splendor of Goddess Padmavathi Devi.
