Dr. NSR Swami Felicitation Function at Navalpakkam today


To commemorate and felicitate the confermentd of the highest French National award of “Chevalier de la’Legion d’honneur” this year on Sri Ubha. Ve. Dr. N.S.Ramanuja Thathachariar Swamy, there was a function organized at  Navalpakkam Village today the 9th of December 2012.

BY Road from  Chennai drive till  Melmaravathur : From there take a Right turn under the BY Pass Bridge and request the localites there, they would guide you accordingly,  travel for 28 Kms you will reach Vandavasi 
Earlier there was a function which was jointly organised  by  the Visishtadvaita Pracharini Sabha, Publishers of  Vainavan Kural  magazine and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore,   held at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chennai-4 on the 19th of November 2012.
The Chief guest of the evening was  H.E.Sri E.S.L. Narasimhan, Governor of Andhra Pradesh who presided over and other guests who offered their  felicitations included Sri N. Gopalaswamy, former Chief Election Commissioner of India, Prof. Sri U.Ve. Dr. V.N.Vedanta Desikan, Sri U.Ve. Venkatanathan, Senior Vice-President, Sundaram-Clayton Ltd., Sri U.Ve. Srinivasan K. Swamy, CMD RK Swamy Bbdo Pvt. Ltd,  Sri Dr. N.Veezhinathan, Prof.&Head (retd) Dept. of Sanskrit, University of Madras, an ardent devotee and disciple of Sri U.Ve. N.S.R. Swamy and Sri. Ubha. Ve. Dr. K.E. Devanathachariar Swamy, Prof. (Visishtadvaita),  Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Tirupati.
The function concluded with a vote of thanks by the Secretary, Visishtadvaita Pracharini Sabha  Sri  Ubha.Ve. Dr. S. Padmanabhan, Prof. Dept.of Sanskrit, University of Madras.
