Uruppattur Sri U.Ve. Soundararajan Swami has comeup with an excellent calendar for the Vijaya year (Apr 2013-Apr 2104) based on Swami Desikan’s srisookthis “Panniru naamam” , “Sri Dasavathaara stotram”, “Daya satakam”, and Rahasya granthas. Another highlight of this calendar is about the Divya Desams and Kshetras exemplified as preethi to navagraha, Perumal’s dasavathara which denote various navagraha and our sampradaya slokas which should be read to get rid of evil effects of navagraha and to get peace prosperity (ika, para) etc, without compromising the status of “Prapannas “. The theme of this calendar is based on one of Sri Soundararajan Swami’s published book “Govinthan thunai irukka Kol yen seyyum”.
The calendar was released on 5th of May 2013 at West mambalam, Chennai. The cost of the calendar is Rs 140 and for those who purchase it before the end of July it costs Rs 120. (Postal charges extra)
