Vijaya varusha Aadi annual Jyestabhishekam was held at Sarangapani Temple today, 19th of July 2013. On the occasion, temple priests performed Snapana Thirumanjanam to the processional archa vigraharams of Sri Aravamudhan and His consorts inside Temple premises. Its a rare occasion for the devotees to witness perumal without kavacham which takes place only once every year. Moolavar, Sri Aravamudhan, was adorned with thaila kappu from today for 48 days.
