Vijaya Varusha Thiruvadipooram was celebrated at Sri Rama Anjaneya Temple at Pozhichalur on 9th August, 2013. The day began with Thirumanjanam to Sri Andal and the recitation of Andal Paasurams. In the evening, Sri Andal was decorated with flowers and bangles followed with special Satrumurai. Later, the bangles were distributed to the devotees as prasadam.
