Sri Balaji Temple is looking for a service oriented and energetic person to fill-in manager position at the temple in Pashan-Sus Road, Pashan. Retired persons may also apply for the position. The following are the details for the position as posted by the temple authorities:
Job Description: The aspirant should have relevant qualification and experience to function as manager, handling the day-to-day temple-management tasks, like Help-desk management, Facilities management, managing security personnel, cleaning staff, Procurements, Stores-management, Maintenance of Accounts, Maintenance of receipts, collections and Banking procedures, Assets Management, Assurance of Service Levels to Devotees, MIS reports to Secretary/Temple Management Committee etc…
Qualification: Preferably graduates with proficiency in English, Hindi/Marathi.
Experience: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in using Accounting and Office software efficiently.
Job timings: This is aligned with the temple hours. Temple timings are from 7 AM to 12 Noon and from 4 PM till 9 PM – Monday to Sunday, all 7 days of the week.
Salary: For a Good, Experienced and person capable of meeting our requirements, the salary wouldn’t be a constraint. It is Negotiable.
