Today October 13, 2013; Vijaya Varusha Purattasi Thiruvonam, Ankurarpanam preceding the 5-day Pavithrotsavam at Sri Adikesava Perumal Temple, Mylapore took place well. The Homakundam was all set with kolams for the yearly Pavitrotsawam. This temple follows Vaikanasa Agamanam. Azhwar, Sri Mayuravalli thayar and Sri Adikesavan were beautifully decorated and ready to grace the 5 days Pavitrotsawam starting from tomorrow after Thirumanjanam, agni pratishtai, pavitrapratishtai and pavitra samarpanam, etc.
